What is With These THINGS!

Ok, I think I have seen enough of these in my house! This is the 3rd one in the past 9 months. We have been in our house for 7 years and have never seen one of these until now. Not much really bothers me, but these kind of creep me out. The first one was discovered last summer by Tanner. It had settled into his damp swimsuit that he had left on the floor. He came up close and quite personal as this little critter proceded to sting him 3 times on the upper thigh when he tried to put his swimsuit back on. Needless to say, he freaked out when he realized what was stinging him. He recovered just fine. But then tonight he was in the bathroom doing his business and this thing crawled across the floor in front of him into a towel that was on the floor. Tanner does not like these things, but they sure like to get a bit personal with him.

he seems to be saying "Come here Tanner, give me a great big hug! Ya know you want to!"
