I just had to take a picture of our first egg. It happened about 2 weeks ago. It really is a blue/green egg. We have had about 12 others since. We are getting brown eggs too. Is it silly to be so excited over eggs?

Very cool! I remember when we had chickens we were so excited to get our first eggs. It took me a while to be able to eat them though. It made the whole reality of where they came from more real! What...eggs don't just come from the grocery store???
